Carys Hutzul
Instructor
Carys Hutzul has been dancing at Shelley Shearer School of Dance since the age of three and has been in love with dance ever since. Over the years, she has built a strong foundation in a variety of styles, including ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, modern and musical theater.
Since joining the Invitational Program in 2016, Carys has had the opportunity to compete across North America as a soloist and in duos, trios, and groups. Throughout her time in the studio’s renowned competitive program, she has received numerous scholarships and overall awards, while gaining invaluable experiences and lessons that have shaped her both as a dancer and as an individual.
Carys is deeply passionate about sharing her love of movement, creativity, and self-expression with the next generation of dancers. She is excited to pass along the knowledge and experiences she has gained to help inspire young dancers to find their own love for movement.
