Olivia Foskett
Instructor
Olivia Foskett has been dancing since the age of three and has trained at Shelley Shearer School of Dance in a wide range of styles, including ballet, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, tap, hip hop, and musical theatre. She has competed in numerous dance competitions throughout the city and has trained as a soloist in both hip hop and musical theatre, earning several special awards in these disciplines over the years.
Through her training under Joseph Sevillo, Olivia developed a passion for musical theatre. This passion led her to perform in several school productions, as well as take on directing and choreography roles. In addition to her dance training, she studies voice at Karis Wiebe Studios and is currently enrolled in the Faculty of Education at the University of Winnipeg, majoring in Theatre.
Outside of the studio, Olivia volunteers with AIM 4 ALL, a musical theatre program where individuals with and without disabilities collaborate and learn together. She also continues to pursue her passion for hip hop as a member of SIKAT for the upcoming season.
Olivia is very excited to be sharing her love of dance and performance with her students.
