Reina started dancing at Shelley Shearer School of Dance at the age of three and has been a proud part of the studio ever since. Over the years, she has trained and competed in a wide variety of styles, including ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, musical theatre, and hip hop.
Growing up at Shelley Shearer, dance became much more than an activity for Reina. The studio was a place where she developed confidence, formed lasting friendships, challenged herself, and, most importantly, grew her love of dance. She is incredibly grateful for the many teachers, mentors, and experiences that have shaped her throughout her years as a student.
Reina especially loves working with younger dancers and sharing with them the same encouragement and joy that she experienced growing up at the studio. She hopes to help her students build confidence, have fun, and discover their own love of dance. She is excited to continue being part of the Shelley Shearer community and can’t wait for another wonderful year of dance!
